The spacious kitchen has all modern appliances - a cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

There are three bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people, two rooms on the ground floor and one upstairs. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and dual aspect windows with tremendous views to Clough Head and St. Johns in the Vale. On the same floor is a bunk bed room which is ideal for children and adults. Finally, upstairs is a large twin room with vanity console, seperate w.c and a cloakroom. The ground floor bathroom has a bath with power shower, w/c and sink.

Outside, the property has a private driveway with off road parking for two cars. The mature front garden is well tended and compliments the surrounding landscape. There is also a seating area to admire the Lakeland views.

Lingclose has been enjoyed by disabled visitors and we can easily install a ramp to the front door to make access simple. The ground floor layout provides easy passage around the property.

Central heating, electricity, fuel for the stove, linen and towels are all included within the price. The cottage is owner maintained and the owners are nearby to deal with any problems.
